Annabelle: Creation

Years after the death of their daughter, a husband and wife open their home to a group of orphans and a malevolent force begins haunting their ranch.

The scariest part of "Annabelle: Creation" is how seriously it takes itself. A predictable, cliched production with a surprisingly low body count, this film is about as subtle as a punch in the face. Entertaining for all the wrong reasons, this movie has a superficial storyline and bland dialogue that gives our talented cast no chance to shine. It's loud, obnoxious, and there isn't a single genuine scare to be had in the bloated run time. Annabelle: Abomination.
