Maggie's Plan

Maggie lives in Brooklyn and she has a carefully made plan to have a baby on her own, until she falls in love with a married man.

Apparently the world of a thirty year old single academic is full of self-reflection and discussion with friends about hypotheticals. Life in this city is almost a film genre of its own and this story matches the style of its predecessors, from the funky fashion, to the jazz soundtrack and ubiquitous parking problems. It's such a likeable formula, you can forgive the characters for their inflated self-importance. Maggie may or Maggie may not.
