Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again

Sophie gets ready to reopen her mother's Villa on the Greek Island of Kalokairi, whilst finding out more about her mother's past.

Certainly not a film that's going to be for everyone, but for the rest, "Mamma Mia 2" provides incredibly infectious fun and escapism at its best. The combination of being both a sequel and a prequel allows enough padding to dispense bursts of nostalgia without ever feeling like it's retreading old ground. It's corny, tacky and borders on being a little too much - but it's kept afloat by a warm and charming heart. Take a chance on... it.
